Dear Parents of Applicant,
Please carefully follow the application process below.
Applications will be reviewed and considered once all the necessary steps have been completed.
2. $150 Registration fee. A check can be made out to Mesivta of Coral Springs and should be sent to our administrative office listed below or paid through this link. Registration Fee
In the event that the applicant is not accepted to the Mesivta, you will receive a refund in the amount of $75. The registration fee will not be charged until ALL steps are completed.
3. Two recent pictures of your Son (Emailed to [email protected])
4. Principal recommendation form (Form will be sent to your Son's current Principal by the Mesivta)
5. Report cards. All 7th and 8th grade reports (Faxed in or Emailed)
6. Student Self Evaluation Form
*FINAL DETERMINATIONS REGARDING ACCEPTANCE TO MESIVTA WILL BE MADE AFTER PESACH. THEREFORE, YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED AND IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU APPLY TO OTHER YESHIVOS AS WELL, IN ORDER TO KEEP ALL YOUR OPTIONS OPEN.
